I believe Gibbons have the correct name for this stamp.
I am attaching a photo of the SALANGO (ex ISLA SALANGO). There was also a sistership the ISLA FLORENA. both were Type B345 vessels built in Gdansk.

If you look at the forward goalpost mast on the stamp you will see that it has what could be described as "bridge wings" something that the HESSENSTEIN class did not have.
The markings on the bow will be the Transnave bow plate.
Quite a few of the Polish built ships had the Stulcken derricks.
The ship on the stamp appears to have 3 decks below the bridge whereas the HESSENSTEIN only has two before the main deck.
HESSENSTEIN had a crane in front of the goalpost mast and its Stulcken derrick was next to the bridge. The image on the stamp shows the Stulcken derrick immediately behind the forward goalpost mast.

February 1979 launched as the ISLA SALANGO.
Tonnage 12,676 grt, 6,887 net, 15,720 dwt., dim. 169.20 x 23.18 x 14.20m., draught 9.47m.
Powered by one diesel engine, speed 18 knots.
July 1979 delivered.
1997 Sold to unspecified owners, Mauritius and renamed in SALANGO.
2000 Renamed by Providence Steamship Co. Ltd., Mauritius in PROSPECTS, and transferred to Indian registry.
2003 Sold by Prospects Shipping Pvt. Ltd., India to Bangladesh breakers and beached Chittagong 19 April 2003.
