Built as a trawler under yard No C300 by Chantiers Piriou Freres, Concarneau, France for Armement Peche AvenirSA, Saint-Denis–de-la-Reunion.
Launched as the LE SAINT-ANDRE.
Tonnage 1,282 grt, 528 dwt, dim. 56.4 x 11.5 x 7.8m, length bpp.52.02m.
Powered, diesel electric by four Caterpillar diesels, 1,902 hp (1,400 kW), two electrical propulsion engines each 700 kW. speed 13 knots.
Bunker capacity 374.14 m³.
23 June 2009 completed, registry port Port Aux Francais. Under French flag.
In use as a longliner for toothfish in the Antarctic waters.
2016 In service, same name and owners. IMO No 9511181.
