The leaflet from the Cayman Islands Post gives for this $4 stamp:

Freighter: Stacked like a pack of cards the containers on the freighter bring motor vehicles, food supplies and other commodities to our shores. Over the past twenty-five years cargo shipping, particularly with the opening of the new port, has evolved from the most basic to its present state of sophistication. This vessel one in a series used by Thompson Shipping, allowed containerized cargo including heavy equipment, to be handled by the ship and offloaded by the port’s huge crane that towers over our blue Caribbean sea, as well the ability to roll on and off cargo.

Cayman Islands $2 2001 sg?, scott?
