Built as a multipurpose catamaran by the Navy yard Fourth District (DN4) in the Strait of Tiquina on Lake Titicaca for the Bolivian Navy.

Displacement 200 ton, dim. 35.75 x 9.0 x 3.0m., draught 1.3m.
Powered by two diesels 650 hp, speed 12 knots.
Crew 20 + 50 troops.

Then brought to the port of Guaqui for outfitting.
She is the largest vessel under the flag of Bolivia.
Is used for the naval cadet training on Lake Titicaca, but some web-sites give also that she is used for the transport of tourists on Lake TITICACA.
