20 May 2003 laid down.
31 March 2010 floated out as the SOOBRAZITELNYY (531) (Smart) the second ship of her class.
Displacement 1,900 ton full load, dim. 104.5 x 11.1 x 3.7m. (draught).
Powered CODAC by four 16D49 diesels, 24,000 shp., power supply AC 380/220V, 50Hz, 4 x 630 Kw diesel generator set. Twin shafts, speed 26 knots.
Range by a speed of 14 knots, 4,600 mile.
Armament 1 x Arsenal A-190 100mm. 2 x MTPU pedestal machine gun 14.5mm.32 x 9M96E/M or 9M 100 missiles (Redut system). 6 x 3M54Klub or 8 x 3M24 Uran. 4 x 400mm torpedo tubes.

One helipad for Ka-27 helicopter.

14 October 2011 completed and commissioned under command of Captain 2 Rank Alexander Telepov based in the Baltiysk Naval Base and a unit of the Baltic Fleet.
She was showed to the public during the Fifth International Maritime Defence Show in 2011 in St Petersburg.
02 September 2012 the SOOBRAZITELNYY was to attend the DANEX-NOCO joint naval exercise in the Baltic.
02 September when at anchor off the Danish navy station Frederikshavn, she caught fire in the engine room, after the fire was extinguished; she sailed for her homeport Baltiysk for repair.
