FRIEDRICH WILHELM ZU PFERDE. Frigate. Built circa 1597 by G C Peckelhering, Pillau. Launched 25th April 1601. L125'. B32'. Armed with between 12 - 20 guns. Crew 160. From 1601-1606 she was used as Guard Vessel at East Prussian port of Pillau. In 1608 she sailed from Pillau to Lisbon with a cargo of timber. Second voyage was from Emden to Shetland in 1691.
