This stamp of Cuba shows us a stern paddle steamer, with the inscription “junco”, by a google search I found that she is the EMERAUDE a replica of a vessel which was sailing in Vietnam waters from 1910 till World War II
Not much information I could find on her, only that she was built in 2002 at Hai Phong, Vietnam on a local shipyard as a luxury cruise stern wheeler which is playing on the waters of Halong Bay, the paddle wheel on the stern is not used to propel the vessel.
Launched as the EMERAUDE a replica named after a vessel built in 1910.
Length 55 metre.
Three decks.
Accommodation: she has 38 de-luxe cabins and one suite. One restaurant, two bars, two massage rooms and one beauty saloon.
2015 In service same name and still used as a cruise vessel on the waters of Halong Bay.
